Who Owned Baseball Yesterday (April.15) – Updated MLB Yearly ‘WOB’ Standings

Josh Donaldson got three hits including a tie breaking RBI in the 11th to give the A’s a dramatic 10-9 win in Anaheim.

Joey Votto got on base 5 times with 4 hits, a game tying RBI and scored in the key 7th inning rally as the Reds squeaked past the Pirates, 7-5..

Robbie Ross Jr. pitched shutout ball into the 8th inning, walking none and finishing with 7 2/3 innings and the 5-0 Rangers win over the Mariners.

Tom Koehler threw 7 innings of 1 hit shutout ball, leading the Marlins to an 11-2 blowout of the Nationals.

They owned baseball on April.15, 2014.

Earning 1/2 WOBs in losing efforts.

Mike Trout went 3 for 6 including a dramatic bottom of the 9th inning homer to tie the game and send it into extra innings. The Angels would hall in 11, however, 10-9 to the A’s.

Juan Uribe homered and doubled and singled for the Dodgers. It wasn’t enough as they fell in extra innings, 3-2 in San Francisco.
